Broken!

Hey my fam! Guess What? I did it again!!! I broke my arm! This will be the third time for my right arm! Well, not really broken, I just fractured the bone a little bit. The story is really quite funny and leave it to me to hurt myself right before finals. I was roller blading with a bunch of friends (at about 10:30 PM Monday night) and well, I don't really like gravity. We don't get along very well. So I was kinda going down this hill really really (really) fast and I didn't survive the journey. My legs totally came out from under me, I flew in the air about five feet, landed on my behind and my phone in my back pocket (the phone came out worse then I did), and also landed on my right arm, slid another five feet on my behind, and finally stopped at the bottom of the hill in the gutter. It all happened so fast and the only thing I really can remember is all my friends yelling at me to stop. Believe me, I tried! So anyway to make a long and rather exciting story short, I have a nice and incredibly uncomfortable splint on my arm restricting my ability to perform simple every day tasks that I have previously taken for granted like brushing my hair and tying my shoes. But all is well! Finals are only two weeks away and I still can't write or type very well, but everything will work out! (Oh Thanks Heidi for helping me with my math last night, I had a hard time drawing my shapes!) As for my phone, it is in critical condition and I don't think it is going to make it! The doctors are doing all they can, but I think I'm going to have to put it down. So many memories! I'm really going to miss it! Also, I'm going back to the doctor in ten days to get this splint off (YAY!) and see if I need a cast so everyone pray that my arm will heal! Love you all!

Hey Heather I am so sorry about your arm, OUch!! I remember going down the temple hill in Manti(which is kind of steep but probebly not as steep as the hills in Logan) but I got going down it so fast that it was like my feet were being massaged to numbness and you really don't have any control. Weird feeling, and scary too. I had to stop but I got lucky and landed on grass thank goodness. When we were in Logan I always wanted to go down those hills but it is probebly a good thing that I didn't. Good luck with finnals and I hope that arm heals quickly for you.....
